SMELL
The host's venue will be filled with the smell of a multiple course dinner cooking away. The smells of oils, fresh herbs and vegetables will welcome the guests at the doorway, as the winemaker introduces the first glass of wine.
"That evening we were officially added to their extended family. You would think that they would be exhausted after preparing a meal all day. We expected them to play for just a few hours, but were delighted when the evening extended into the wee hours of the morning."
